Class: Smelly Milk

Smelly Milk is a virtual class for moms whose breast milk smells “off” after storing or heating. Discover if the change in flavor is caused by high lipase or chemical oxidation, and what to do about it (they have different solutions!).

Nothing is worse than defrosting or warming breast milk and finding that the taste is awful, and your baby refuses to drink it. This short class includes videos and handouts that cover how to determine if your milk will change in flavor or taste during storage, how to determine the cause (lipase or oxidation), and what to do about it.
